1 Year Limited Warranty
Every Real Carbon Co part is covered for 1 year from delivery against manufacturing defects.
What's covered
- Cracks, delamination (layers of carbon separating) or other defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- A part that doesn't fit the Tesla model and years it's listed for, when test fitted following our Install Guide.
What's not covered
- Normal wear and cosmetic changes over time, such as fading, fine scratches or stone chips.
- Damage from accidents, impacts, road debris, curbs or car washes.
- Damage from installation, removal, modification, painting or wrapping.
- Parts installed on a vehicle other than the one listed, or used for racing or commercial use.
What we'll do
We'll replace the part, or refund what you paid for it, and cover the shipping for the replacement.
How to make a claim
Email support@realcarbonco.com within the warranty period with your order number, clear photos of the problem, and photos of how the part is installed. We may ask you to send the part back so we can inspect it.
This warranty covers the original buyer. It's in addition to your rights under the law and doesn't change our 30 day return policy.
