Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the part must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all hardware included. Parts that have been installed, had adhesive tape applied or removed, or been modified, painted, or wrapped cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Packages sent back without approval can't be accepted.

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping, and original shipping charges aren't refunded. We recommend a trackable shipping service, since we can't refund a return we don't receive.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your part arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the part and the box. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Fitment

Every product lists the Tesla model and years it fits. Please confirm your car's model and year before ordering. If you're not sure, contact us before you buy and we'll help.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take several business days to post them.
